 Lodging Rental
and Reservation Policies
Check-In: AFTER 4:00 p.m. CST
Check-Out: BEFORE 11:00 a.m. CST
Reservation Deposits equal to 50% of total lodging or credit card number must be recieved within 5 days
of booking or your cabin may not be held.
Summer Rate Information: Two day minimum rental is required for all weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Holiday weekends, (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day) require a three day minimum rental.
Cancellation Policy You may cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date and recieve a refund of your deposit, less a 20% processing fee. Because we are a "destination"
facility and do not commonly have "walk-ins" to replace you, we cannot offer refunds after that time.
Payment: Personal checks are welcome 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
